How AltTuningLab handles data

Pineware Oy, business ID 3194129-2, is the data controller for AltTuningLab. The company is registered in Finland.

• Hosting and security: request data such as IP address, device information, requested URL, and timestamps may be processed to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose faults.
• Google Analytics: with statistics consent, Google Analytics measures page views and interactions using cookies and online identifiers. AltTuningLab does not send names, email addresses, or account data to Google Analytics.
• Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights: these services collect aggregate page-view, device, location, and web performance data. Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies and resets its visitor hash each day.
• Consent records: Cookiebot records consent choices and related technical data so Pineware can respect and demonstrate those choices.
• Theme preference: your browser stores your light or dark theme choice on your device. Pineware does not receive it.
• Affiliate attribution: when you choose a labeled Reverb affiliate link, your browser passes through Awin. Awin and Reverb may process request, device, referral, and transaction data to attribute a qualifying purchase and prevent fraud. The link tells Awin whether you have granted marketing-cookie consent.

Pineware processes hosting, security, and fault-diagnosis data based on its legitimate interest in operating a secure service. The site uses consent for non-essential statistics, marketing cookies, and personalised advertising where the law requires it.

Pineware keeps technical logs and consent records only for the time needed for security, service operation, legal obligations, and proof of consent. Google and Vercel retain analytics data according to the settings and terms that apply to Pineware's service accounts. Pineware reviews those settings when services or purposes change.

Pineware uses Vercel for hosting, Web Analytics, and Speed Insights; Google for Google Analytics and Google AdSense advertising; and Usercentrics' Cookiebot service for consent management; and Awin for affiliate-link attribution. These providers may process data outside Finland or the European Economic Area under their data-processing terms and applicable transfer safeguards.

You can refuse or change non-essential cookie consent at any time on the cookie page. Depending on the law that applies, you may ask Pineware to access, correct, erase, restrict, or provide your personal data, or object to processing. You may also withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing.

You can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland or another competent supervisory authority.

AltTuningLab uses Google AdSense to serve and measure advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, IP addresses, web beacons, or other identifiers to serve ads based on a visitor's previous visits to AltTuningLab or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to personalise ads where the visitor has consented.

Visitors can manage personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings and can refuse or withdraw marketing consent on the cookie page. The consent interface uses Cookiebot's IAB Transparency and Consent Framework integration to show available advertising vendors and purposes before non-essential advertising technology runs where consent is required.
